Toch is er één dag in het jaar extra belangrijk voor Let Us Change, en doen we maar even mee met de dag van… De vrijwilliger!
Let Us Change bestaat en overleeft dankzij vrijwilligers. Mensen die zomaar naar Ethiopië afzakken om te helpen. Ze betalen hun reis volledig zelf en offeren hier hun vakantie voor op. Absurd zou je zeggen. Welnee, vrijwilligers zijn voor ons van onschatbare waarde: zowel in Ethiopië als hier thuis.
Hun hulp met de kindjes en in de huizen, van praktische of pedagogische aard. Hun motivatie om hier over het project te praten zo meer sponsors en meer… vrijwilligers te vinden.
Let us Change staat er dankzij hen.
En dat maakt jullie geweldige mensen.

And yet, there is one day in the year that is also vey important for Let Us Change, so for once, we go with the flow. Today, the fift of december is the day of… the volunteers!
Let Us Change started, exists and survives thanks to volunteers. People who come from different parts of the world to Ethiopia to help in our project. they all pay for their trip by themself and sacrifice their hollidays in Ethiopia. Absurd can you say. But they are all of a great value for us, in whatever they do for us.
they help with our children, they help in our house, they help our staff and back home, they enlarge the community around the organization by talking about it. And that’s how Let us Change finds more sponsors and… more volunteers.
For that, we can only say: you are great people.
